Zakka House are happy to exchange items conditional on the following:

1. The item is faulty or does not do what they supposed to do. 

2. We require proof of purchase. If you can’t find this, get in touch with us with the date and time of purchase – we may be able to find a copy for you. 

3. This item should look brand new and be in it’s original packaging. If we feel we can’t easily resell the item on this basis, we reserve the right to deny exchange. Items should be unworn, folded neatly, clean, un-crumpled etc. 

4. The item you are exchanging is returned within 14 days of your receipt of the item. This is 14 days from the time you took the item from the store, or 14 days from the date it was delivered to you. 

5. The item is a full priced item. Sale items may be exchanged at our discretion. Please email us on info@zakkahouseaustralia.com.au if you are in this situation. 

Zakka House does not refund items due to change of mind. We are happy to exchange or provide a credit note you can use against future purchases.
